"w" is a letter in the english alphabet.
"alphabet" refers to the complete set of 26 letters of a to z.
"a" is a letter, "b" is a letter and so on...
"a b c ....z" is the alphabet.

Actually, I did not write it cos I received this post from Angela and posted it wholesale. I did think of changing the title though but it would have been too long and to change it to The Most Dangerous Letter would also have been misleading. Still, although I do not edit material that I receive, I will be more vigilant to post a more accurate title.
