Dear readers, friends and relatives,

Thank you so much for your kind support and votes for Juanophobia and Of Feathers and Chapters in the Polo Rocks contest.

I truly appreciate the way some of you faithfully voted for both bands. Thank you for your kind support, encouragement and effort to vote for my boy's bands.



As a mother, I told my son that I pray and hope that both his groups will make it to the Top 10. Of course he laughed if off as it was such a remote possibility. From 300+ groups, to have made it to the Top 100 was already an achievement for novices like them, especially for Of Feathers and Chapters which is only a few weeks old.

The results were announced at about 1p.m. and BOTH GROUPS MADE IT!!!

My son could not believe it and I am over the top with joy!!!

I wish to invite all of you to attend the Grand Finale to see them and other groups battle for the Grand Prize of Polo Rocks! The event will be held at The Curve, 19 November 2010 from 6pm to 10pm.

Of Feathers and Chapters

The grand prize for the Polo Rocks Contest is the chance to produce a 12-track studio album with the guidance of an award-winning music producer, cost of studio recording time and 3,000 copies of the album. Other prizes are listed HERE.
