What An Irony!

Recently, a very prominent leader gave a speech at an international meeting. According to THIS SITE, he said:

We need to hear the concerted voices from moderates in all countries and from all walks of life. And when we do, the prize of peace is there for all to see.

10. But while one man standing in the road is a nuisance, a mere distraction, ten men standing together are far harder to ignore.
And if those ten become a hundred, a thousand, a million, a billion even, they become a force so big, so strong and so united in their common cause that those who espouse hatred will face a very simple choice.
They can join us, or they can remain where they are and be crushed by the force of our collective will.

11. So it is for people who cherish moderation, dignity and justice everywhere to stand firm, and stand proud, to dissipate the pull of terror and to deny those at the margins a foothold in the middle ground - ensuring that frustrations, wherever they are felt, are heeded and that voices, wherever they speak out, are heard.
Do you know who said those words?

Make a guess!

If you do not know, CLICK HERE to see the whole speech.

And all that was spoken before July 9th, 2011.

The people have spoken. Loudly. Clearly. In a united chorus!

Let's hope he walks the talk now and listens to the frustrations of the people.

Indeed, in the twinkling of an eye, ten became "a hundred, a thousand, a million, a billion even, they become a force so big, so strong and so united in their common cause that those who espouse hatred will face a very simple choice.

Who are trembling and shivering now that so many have spoken?

Will he listen to the rakyat?

Or in his own words, "will they remain where they are and be crushed by the force of our collective will?"

Only he can answer that! But will he?

    nick Dear Sis,

The same person also boasted that he could rally 3,000,000 people to the street if he wanted to. Going by his record, 3 million is a product of delusion taking over a pathetic mind (mind you, even UMNO youth only managed to gather a paltry 500 people and some of them are "Mat Bangla" too!)

The PM's previous attempt at gathering a millions youth also yielded a pathetic figures of paltry thousand and it cost us tax payers RM27 million! The truth of the matter is that the spit that came out of his mouth during his boast is worth more that his words. Only a bully and a coward shows bravado after the event has unfolded and the PM is in the same league as all those PER???? and The great great grand Father...Master??? of Jilat who are "All Talk, no brain and even non existing eggs?

    Nick.
    GOD bless.

The world is watching him very closely now. All masks have to be put aside and the real man has to speak to the rakyat.

    Take care and God bless!

    Cheers

Thank you so much for such a strong response! Yes, it is very painful to see how things are happening and NOT happening and how money should NOT be spent. Yet, almost daily we read of excesses that not only shock but anger us. Let's hope that more and more have been awakened from their slumber and will stand up to vote for the right government.

Take care! Lovely to hear from you again.

    Stay in touch, bro!

    Salam

Chester Khuan I think his words have subliminal effect on our brains. We and the Bersih movement is actually following his advice. Unfortunately he suffered amnesia of what he has said and come out to crush Bersih instead.
