The past few days have been very busy days for me. For one, I started cooking again last week. I closed the kitchen when my boy left for further studies four years ago but I decided to resume my culinary pursuits for a healthier lifestyle. At the same time, the traffic problem in Penang has worsened and believe me, I have never been as impatient as I am today. Weaving my way around the congestion and avoiding double parked cars, drivers who stop inconsiderately at no parking areas or junctions have often made my blood oil, not forgetting those who overtake and zig zag their way down the road with no regard for the safety of others. In an effort to remain sane, I decided to search the net for ways to keep healthy and I discovered the following list which I hope will bring a smile or two to your faces.
