Here are some health tips that Angela shared with me recently. I am no medical expert and cannot verify the information but am sharing with good intentions.

1. Use the left ear when answering the phone.

2. Don't take medicine with cold water.

3. Don't have heavy meals after 5 p.m.

4. Drink more water in the morning and less at night.

5. The best time for sleeping is from 10p.m. to 4 a.m.

6. Don't lie down immediately after taking medicine.

7. When the battery is down to the last bar, don't answer the phone as the radiation is supposedly much higher at that level.

8. Do not sleep on your stomach or on your left side as you will be putting pressure on your heart with the extra body weight while the heart has to pump as usual. Remember you spend about one-third of your life sleeping. This additional burden wears out the heart more quickly. To reduce the strain on your heart, sleep on your right side or on your back. This simple technique will add years to your life. Live healthily and happily! Take care and have a wonderful day!
