Lotus Eater As a tea lover who savour my old puerh tea everyday, it is my personal experience, and confirmed by medical tests that tea can really bring down bad cholesterol level, reduce blood sugar reading and blood pressure. These are the very problems that afflict the present generation of men and women who eat too much and workout too little. I strongly believe that consistent consumption of tea can add a few more quality years to our lives.

Unknown Thank you, Lotus Eater, for your very timely comment. I have just become an avid tea drinker and enjoy green tea, jasmine, oolong and rooibos. I have yet to try pu er tea but hope to do so soon.

Personally, I can see the results of tea drinking and agree with your observations.

By any chance, are you a fan of Somerset Maugham? Just wondering because of your nom de plume. I love his books, especially 'Of Human Bondage'.

Take care and thank you for sharing. Do keep in touch!

    Kind regards
