Anyone doubting the shockingly destructive power of heroin need look no further than the Taylor family.
In one family photograph, they look the picture of happiness with proud mum Gaynor, cradling newborn Jade, surrounded by her five sons and husband Christopher.
It appeared in a local paper as Jade was the much longed-for daughter after Gaynor had had five gorgeous boys.
Life seemed perfect for the Taylors, who had just moved from Leicester to the seaside town of Torquay. Dad Christopher was an aeronautical engineer and Gaynor was a loving stay-at-home mum.
But now four of the family are dead, three from heroin.
