SMILE - TEACHERS ARE ALSO HUMAN

The following are purported to be actual comments made by NYC teachers on their report cards as part of their final narratives. All teachers were reprimanded, but these are great!

1. Since my last report, your child has hit rock bottom, and has since started to dig.

2. I would not allow this student to breed.

3. Your child has delusions of adequacy.

4. Your child is depriving a village somewhere of an idiot.

5. Your son sets low personal standards and then consistently fails to achieve them.

6. The student has a "full six-pack" but lacks the plastic thingy to hold it all together.

7. This child has been working with glue too much.

8. When your daughter's IQ reaches 50, she should sell.

9. The gates are down, the lights are flashing, but the train isn't coming.

10. If this student is any more stupid, he'd have to be watered twice a week.

11. It's impossible to believe the sperm that created this child beat out 1,000,000 others.

Love them. Read this post as I was drinking my cup of coffee and nearly choked. They are so funny.

Teachers are indeed human after all. Some of the people that I most respected are teachers, you being one of them. They are the unsung heroes, entrusted to mold the young minds of our children and we forget how important their contributions are for our future generations. You know, the chinese are very respectful to teachers for this very reason.

    Hugs

    Unknown Hi Uncle John,

I knew you would like this post haha! Seriously, I was thinking of you when I posted it as well as other former colleagues of mine in the international school circuit as we had to write laborious reports for every student per semester :-).

Some of my own comments were quite classic as well hehe.

Thanks for the kind words re teachers. :-) I still keep in touch with my own teachers and even my sons' teachers. Indeed they play an important role in moulding the minds of the young from a very tender age.

Take care and all the best to you and yours.

hugs and much love from the whole family to you (and nick says HI)
