Unknown Hi Antares
I am facing the same situation. I receive tons of invitation but fewer emails these days.
You need Adobe Photoshop/acrobat to view the file.
But I have found another link and have corrected it. Thanks, Antares!

Walt Seems to me like very few people post an e-mail address on their blogs anymore. I have to respond to most everything in public.

Unknown Dear Walt,
I will email you and explain why...
So sorry.
cheers

Doc Hehehehe,
Paula, i think you better clear Walt's doubts. I think he needs some tuition just like me. Hehehehe!
Now you know why i log into Facebook only once a month? (This month still pending. Maybe i'll log in in April...kill two birds with one stone :))
Cheers

Nameless Fool Speaking from the things that I do myself, I normally hide my email because I don't want spam and virus and all, and social networking guarantees more security...
When your emails are like gateways to the dark world of viruses and phishing scams, you have the Junk Mail Filter as the grille (those things we install in front of our doors and windows to keep burglars at bay). But you can't stay home forever. It's more feasible for one to have a secure road from their virtual house to their friends' virtual house.
And Facebook is like a security-guard organization or something in the global village. And when you add a friend, there's a road built immediately from your house to that friend's house.
If it's just sending short messages or taking quizzes or those little applications, FB is the mailman. But when I have to send files to classmates for lesson-related stuff, it's the e-mail for me.
Beat that, Facebook! :D

Unknown Wow, Nerdcore!
I guess you must be a geek :-). Very well put.
Do add me in FB ok?
Thanks for dropping by and for your comment. I am deeply impressed by your perception of the issue :-).
Take care and cheers.
Starmandala This is fairly evident. In the last few years my inbox is dominated by facebook messages & invites. Actual emails from friends have been reduced to less than 10% of the daily inflow!
BTW I clicked on the link to the Nielsen's Ratings site & got this message:
Sorry...
