The video is about a woman who had earlier found a lion hurt in the forest and about to die. She took the lion with her and nursed it back to better health. When the lion was better, she arranged with a zoo to take the lion and give it a new home.

After some time had passed, this video was taken when the woman went to visit the lion to see how he was doing.
